The purpose of our pancake breakfasts is to bring community members, students, faculty, and professors together as a means to foster casual, but meaningful conversation. Hacky sacking, slack-lining, and indulging in pancakes, coffee, and fruit is a Greenhouse tradition that will continue to live on, usually on the first Sunday of each month.
