During this event, the Greenhouse and the Crafting Guild collaborated to help facilitate the mending process for well-cared-for clothes, shoes, and even old books! We used different techniques such as the electric sewing machine, embroidery, patches, and basic hand sewing. We hoped that this event brought about some learning and awareness about the importance of keeping clothes alive and functional.
